POLICIES:

 

Payment Policies:​​

  1. At this time, payment is not required at the time of booking for some programs. We ask that you pay invoices within 14 days of payment request. 

  2. Payments may be made via the website, Venmo (@maineoutdoorkids) or check made out to Maine Outdoor Kids, LLC. 

  3. If the total amount being paid for summer or after-school programs exceeds $500, we allow you to pay in two installments - one at the start of the program and the second 3/4 way through. If a payment plan makes financial sense for your family, please get in touch. We don't want finances to limit anyones participation in our programs. 

  4. For summer programs, we ask that all payments be made by June 1st. 

  5. If you have a discount code, please enter it at the time of booking. 

 

Cancellation Policies:

  1. If you need to cancel your participation in a program for any reason, we ask for 30 or more days notice to receive a full refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations within 30 days of a program's start date. 

  2. In the event that WE need to cancel a program for any reason, we will issue full refunds. 

  3. If you have unforeseen circumstances that limit your participation in any of our programs, please get in touch with effie@maineoutdoorkids.com and we will do our very best to find a solution.
