Where: Evergreen Cemetery, Portland Time: 1:10-5:00pm Session Dates: March 22nd-June 7th (11 weeks) Best For: 1st-5th graders Maximum Group Size: 12 Pickup: Longfellow Elementary A combination of exploring the trails, outdoor education, sports, arts & crafts and unstructured self-directed play time. We provide snacks, water and any equipment needed for activities. Our goal is to give kids a safe and fun space to release some energy after school and be with friends old and new! Pickup by 5PM at "basecamp" by the ponds. We pick up at Longfellow Elementary at 1:10 and walk the 3/4 mile to the cemetery together. Kids from other schools are welcome to join but must have their own transportation from school. Winter Session will run every Wednesday from March 22nd through June 7th (11 WEEKS). No MOK the week of April Break. Our after-school programs are entirely outside, RAIN or SHINE (we'll give guidance on dressing for the weather). Unless there is particularly bad weather in the forecast where there's a safety concern, then we may pivot or cancel.
